The sale of 9 houses in Monterey Mews, Queens Park completed this month.
The houses, built by Fairview in 2005, comprised a selection of HMO lettings. Dutch & Dutch were instructed by the vendor to sell the investment earlier in the year which was sold to a fund specialising in residential HMO investments.
